About The Chops

There is more than one person behind The Chops. I'm Goldy and I started this website. However, here are also recipes and contributions from friends who want to help us cook environmentally friendly. I am not a trained cook, but have been learning how easy cooking can be for a good 13 years now. I have tested many traditional dishes, been inspired by cuisines from all over the world, developed my own dishes that I like and of course tried a lot. I believe that everyone can cook many dishes without spending a lot of money, polluting the environment and buying useless things that we will never need again anyway. So get into the kitchen and become a cook yourself, it's really not difficult and is incredibly fun.
