Pasta Primavera

What you need for 4 servings:



  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 500 g Tagliatelle
  • 500 ml soy cream
  • 2,5 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • approx. 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


Step 1- Preparations

  • Wash and drain the spinach.
  • Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes and set aside in a bowl.
  • Put on the pasta water and turn on the stove.

Step 2- The sauce

  • Put the soy cream in a small pot.
  • Add 2.5 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp thyme, about 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper and bring the whole thing to a boil over medium heat while stirring. 
  • Then turn off the heat and cover the sauce.

Step 3- Almost done

  • Cook the Tagliatelle and drain them briefly and put them back in the pot.
  • Mix the cherry tomatoes, spinach and hot sauce with the hot tagliatelle and let it sit covered for 5 min. 

That's it. Quick, easy and super tasty.
