Step 1- Preparations
    - Briefly toast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil at medium temperature and let cool.
    
- Peel the garlic clove and drain the chickpeas.
    
    Step 2- Mix
    - Put the chickpeas in a bowl with the sesame seeds, the garlic clove, 1/2 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp. salt and the juice of one lemon and blend with a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
    
- Then add 2-4 tablespoons of water (depending on the desired consistency) and puree again.
    
- Let the finished hummus stand for at least 30 minutes.
    
     
     
    Tastes great with bread, chips, vegetable sticks or simply as a side dish.
